Fusion is defined as the process of joining two or more things together to form a single movement.
Our Churches, leaders and students can do more for the advancement of the Kingdom of God when we take our individual strengths, callings and resources and doing them together in a greater movement: To reach Louisiana students for Jesus no matter what part of our Great state we live.

The Fusion Student Conference is our one annual opportunity for all of our churches to join together in one place at one time to:
Be engaged in the call to missions around the world and on each school campus.
Be inspired to engage with the Gospel, our Pentecostal distinctive and worship in a personal and corporate aim.
Be intentional to connect with other students, leaders and churches for community.
Be energized to return home excited, empowered and enabled to make a difference in YOUR youth ministry and community!

Students cost is $65 before March 6th. After March 6th, student cost is $75.
Onsite/at door is $80 per student. Leaders cost is $50 per leader.
We want your students to be empowered to be evangelists and connectors for their lost friends. This year, if any student whose FIRST EVER VISIT to your youth ministry or church occurs during March 1st-25th, their cost is $20. For a student to qualify, their names, the student who invited them, youth pastor signatures must be on the Influencer Scholarship Form. All forms must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by March 25th to qualify . Any student in your youth ministry who brings a NEW student to Fusion that qualifies for the Influencer Scholarship will receive (1) FREE Fusion Tshirt or pair of Studentlife Socks. (Their name and shirt size must be listed on the form as well to qualify).

What is FUSION Conference?
FUSION is a student conference that seeks to empower, equip and send students into their communities to make a positive difference. We want to see this generation filled and empowered by the Holy Spirit with boldness to shift a culture and share the Gospel. Our heart is to see teenagers from across Louisiana make a marked impact on their schools, their families, and their communities.

Who can attend FUSION?
Fusion is designed for junior high (6th-8th grade), high school (9th-12th grade). Adult student ministry leaders are encouraged to attend with the students they lead. We also allow groups of Youth Leaders to register without bringing their students if they’d like to attend with a leadership/team building focus. Lead Pastors and their spouses will receive complimentary registration.
When does the event begin and end?
Although early check-in will begin on Friday, March 27th at 5:00 p.m., the first session of the conference will not take place until 7:00 p.m. (Pre-service activities at 6:30.) We open registration and check-in early to help accommodate those that are traveling from out-of-town. The conference will conclude on Saturday, March 28th following the 1:30 pm service.
Will there be a sign language interpreter at FUSION?
We will have one available upon request ONLY.
Will there be childcare available?
Yes for Leaders’ children only. Please contact District Office to register your children for childcare for FUSION.
What is the cost of FUSION?
Students cost is $65 before March 6th. From March 7th-25th, student cost is $75. Any registration onsite/at door is $80 per student. All leaders cost is $50 per leader.
What does the registration fee cover?
The registration fee covers :
Your admission to all sessions of the conference.
Lunch on Saturday.
An after party with inflatables, rock wall, orb races, lazer tag, bungee jump and more.
The materials needed for the event
Cost does not include transportation or lodging. There will be concessions for sale at the Afterparty Friday Night. It is recommended to eat prior to Fusion Friday evening.
Will there be any extra fees?
Your registration fee covers your conference admission only. You may want to bring additional money to purchase FUSION merchandise and we ask that you pray about contributing an amount towards Speed the Light as well.
Is there merchandise for sale?
Yes, FUSION20 merchandise will be available online at the registration link and onsite.
Can registrations be canceled or transferred?
We can transfer registrations but are non refundable.
How can I register?
Online registration is available for those who wish to pay in full at https://www.laaog.org/fusion. Online registration is available through 11:59 p.m. on March 26th. Registrations can be done onsite.
Do I have to register now, or can I do it at the door?
Although there may be an opportunity to register at the door, we encourage you to register as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly for your experience. In the likely event that FUSION sells out, we cannot guarantee availability at the door.
Are there special rates available for large groups?
How do I request group seating for my group?
All seating for FUSION is first come, first serve.
Are there day or session passes available?
No, day or session passes are not available. We recommend that you reserve your place now by registering in full for the conference.
If I register as a Youth Leader, am I still able to attend all the sessions?
Yes! Every registration gives you access to all sessions, of FUSION Conference.

TICKETS / WRISTBANDS
When will I receive my ticket / wristband / lanyard?
You may pick up your wristband and/or lanyard when you arrive at the Crossroads Church. We will be set up at the foyer next to the Coffee Bar.
How do I eat during the conference?
Friday Night, there will be concession sold during the after party. Saturday lunch is included.
