The American mission field
"The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few." That harvest is not a place on a map. It is 330 million people, and the gospel still travels the way it always has: person to person. Matthew 9:37

Running toward the sirens
Josh Holder

Light for the city after dark
Donna Engvall
Unashamed Love · New Orleans
Founder and director of Unashamed Love, a ministry to women in the sex industry. Donna and her team reach out to dancers in Bourbon Street clubs and to prostituted women across New Orleans, helping women transition to a life of freedom through street outreach, club ministry, and the hope of the Gospel.
Since her salvation 30 years ago, Donna has served in inner city evangelism in some of the hardest places, ministering to hundreds of sexually exploited women. Her heart is to reach the most broken for Jesus Christ and see them set free, fully restored, and walking in their destiny. You don't want to miss hearing the powerful stories of how Jesus is changing women's lives right here in our own state.
Invite Donna to share these testimonies at your church through the district office.
Out of addiction, into new life
"We get to do this." Greg & Gail Dill, on 40 years of ministry
Greg & Gail Dill
Directors
Graduates of Teen Challenge Bible Institute, Greg and Gail founded Greater New Orleans Teen Challenge in 1987. Under their leadership it has grown into a statewide ministry with eight residential campuses, two corporate offices, and three well-established businesses, walking with people out of addiction and into new life in Christ.
Greg and Gail began serving with Teen Challenge of Louisiana in 1981 and, with God's direction, founded and incorporated Greater New Orleans Teen Challenge in September 1987 in the former Teen Challenge of Louisiana building. That original location remains the heart and soul of the organization, serving today as an induction campus for men and the corporate headquarters. Parents of three children, with two daughters in law and two grandchildren, Greg and Gail live by the idea of "we get to do this" and lead the ministry with immense love and compassion. With over 40 years in ministry, it is clear this is God's calling on their lives.

Bringing Christ to the campus
Christ comes to a campus the way He always has: through people. Chi Alpha carries Him onto twelve universities across Louisiana, led by directors who almost all met Jesus as students on these same campuses. Many serve as appointed U.S. missionaries, and none of them work alone.
