Merry Christmas to you
Dear Louisiana Leader,
Merry Christmas to You!
Kara and I hope this season is being filled with family and friends as you celebrate the birth of Jesus in so many different ways. The songs, traditions, parties, family times, and special church services make all the festivities meaningful. We are praying your Christmas services are reaching your communities and families with the greatest story of all, the Life and Love of Jesus.
God proved faithful
As we enter the last few weeks of 2021, I believe we can all look back on this year with a mixture of emotions. We can remember the victories, the challenges, the setbacks, the things we wished we could do-over, and things we wished had never happened. I know many dear friends who said “so-long” to loved ones as they stepped into Heaven before us. Like every year before, 2021 had its good, bad, and ugly days. Yet, in every second of every day in every week of every year, God proved faithful. He stood by His promise to never leave you or forsake you. God has been there for you! He continues to use all things experienced to equip you for all things called. I am believing and praying your 2022 will continue to see you equipped and ready to embrace all your destiny, purpose, and blessing that God has ready for you in twenty-two.
Thank you for your faithfulness
We surely Thank God for His faithfulness, but our Network leadership Thanks You for your faithfulness as well. Thank you for your commitment and your continual investment to the ministries and communities God has placed you. You continue to press onward through the changes and challenges in our current culture. As you continue to give, invest, and plant yourself into God’s will, I know HE WILL REWARD YOU abundantly. Your investment of time, talent and treasure continues to enable the Kingdom to move forward.
Renewals, ACMR, and LC22
As a reminder, the deadline date for credentials renewals is December 31st. Also, Lead Pastors please be prepared to complete the new, simplified version of the ACMR. These statistics help evaluate the metrics that reveal conditions and cultures of our Network as a whole. Thank you for addressing both of these in a timely manner.
The initial planning and prayer for our 2022 Lead Conference are underway. We are getting excited as we connect with speakers and develop breakout sessions. I believe it will be an encouraging and anointed time once again as we gather together for fellowship, worship, and celebration. Coming BACK this year… Our Crawfish Boil to kick off our Conference. Save the dates and be ready to travel to Lafayette for our LC22.
