Greetings from the team
Dear Louisiana Leader,
Greetings from our Network Office Team. We are excited on so many levels as we look toward the future and explore multiple new opportunities to serve you. Our prayer for you and service to you, is that YOU would accomplish ALL GOD has Called YOU to Be and Do, where HE has placed You. We have an amazing family of Assembly of God Leaders, serving in so many different varieties of ministry. We love you and are here to help in any manner.
Fifty summers at TwinLakes
One of the many tools we have to serve you is our campground. Our 50th year of Summer Camps at TwinLakes has been completed and the ministry was amazing. An incredible staff of leaders and student counselors worked hard throughout the heat of June, July, and August to see students saved, healed, baptized, and called into ministry. Thank you to so many who sent and entrusted your students to us. And Thank you to ALL who served in any capacity this summer!!
New leaders at the campground
The campground itself continues to see improvements with a new team of leaders serving. Tee and Stephanie Pierce, from Bayou Blue, have moved to Woodworth and are serving as our Campground Facility Managers. They joined the team just in time for the 2022 camps and served tirelessly throughout the summer. They bring a level of passion and excellence that has already started to make a great impact at TwinLakes. Also, joining our Campground Leadership Team is Brandon Anders from Minden. Brandon will be serving as our Administrator, handling reservations, ministry scheduling, campground calendar, and project planning. These leaders are remarkable people with hearts to serve you. They are committed and dedicated to make our campground a place where anointed ministry continues to happen. We still believe, What Happens Here Changes The World!
The Network Office building
Additionally, at the campground, the building of the Network Office is making great progress. It will be located on the northeast corner as you approach our property. We are planning a dedication of the building during our November Presbytery meeting.
Lead Conference 2023
Just a reminder, save the dates of April 24th and 25th for our Lead Conference 2023. Our Campground will host the evening services and daytime activities and meetings will be at the Alexandria Convention Center.
Blessings,
Our Network Office Team
