Influence Conference Registration Information
STEP 1: Pick Where You Want To Stay:

For those who want to stay at an Alexandria Hotel, you only pay the Influence Conference Registration cost of $75.

(Includes all Conference costs, Saturday Breakfast and Lunch)--see link above for hotels.

For those who want to stay (1) ONE Night

Twin Lakes Campground, you pay $100. 

 (Includes all Conference costs, Saturday Breakfast and Lunch and (1) ONE Overnight Stay.)

For those who want to stay (2) TWO Nights

Twin Lakes Campground, you pay $125.

(Includes all Conference costs, Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Sunday Breakfast

and (2) TWO Nights Stay in Dorms.)


STEP 2: Book your Dorm Spots or Hotel Rooms:

If staying at our Campground, please block your group at the GROUP REGISTRATION link and pay $25 deposit per spot to reserve your beds (first come, first served). 

If staying at @ Alexandria Hotel, check the HOTEL LIST above and book your rooms at the reduced rates above by the deadlines.


For Dorm Reservations, we are offering BLOCK rates for youth groups for our dorms. We only have 430 spots in the dorms and 550 spaces in the Tabernacle-so first come, first served. If you are staying 2 nights, you will pay the remaining $25 per bed with your group total when you arrive.

On the Dorm Group Registration link, select your group attendance on either the 1 or 2 night option and you have until 12:00 noon on November 4th to register your students with their conference deposit to secure their spot. Any unregistered beds will become available then. Any unregistered bed can be transferable to other student's registration or group total after November 4th if space is available. $25 per space is the deposit required for securing a bed in the dorm per night. ($25 for 1 night, $50 for 2 nights)

STEP 3: Register your Group using the above GROUP REGISTRATION link and secure each spot by paying $25 deposit per person. Bring remainder total @ day of event.


Late Fees: after November 11th, student cost is $80. Onsite/at door is $85 per student.​Leaders cost: $50 per leader. Each group gets 1 Leader Ticket FREE.


What is INFLUENCE Conference?

INFLUENCE is a student conference that seeks to empower, equip and send students into their communities to make a positive difference. OUR FAITH MOTIVATES US TO BE AN POSITIVE INFLUENCE! We want to see this generation filled and empowered by the Holy Spirit with boldness to shift a culture and share the Gospel. Our heart is to see teenagers from across Louisiana make a marked impact on their schools, their families, and their communities.

Who can attend INFLUENCE?

Influence is designed for junior high (6th-8th grade) & high school (9th-12th grade) and college age students. Adult student ministry leaders are encouraged to attend with the students they lead. We also allow groups of Youth Leaders to register without bringing their students if they’d like to attend with a leadership/team building focus. Lead Pastors and their spouses will receive complimentary registration.


When does the event begin and end?

Although early check-in will begin on Friday, November 19th at 5:00 p.m., the first session of the conference will not take place until 7:00 p.m. (Pre-service activities at 6:30.) We open registration and check-in early to help accommodate those that are traveling from out-of-town. The conference will conclude on Saturday, November 20th following the 2:00 pm service. There will be activities offered for those groups staying overnight.


Will there be a sign language interpreter at INFLUENCE?

We will have one available upon request ONLY.


Will there be childcare available?

No. There is no childcare available. 



What is the cost of INFLUENCE?

Students cost is $75 by midnight, November 11th.  From November 12th-18th, student cost is $80. Any registration onsite/at door is $85 per student. All leaders cost is $50 per leader.  1 Leader Ticket per youth Ministry is FREE.

What does the registration fee cover?

The registration fee covers :

Your admission to all sessions of the conference.

Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday.

An after party on Friday.

Cost does not include transportation or lodging. There will be concessions for sale at the Afterparty Friday Night. It is recommended to eat prior to Influence Friday evening.


Will there be any extra fees?

Your registration fee covers your conference admission only. You may want to bring additional money to purchase INFLUENCE merchandise and items at the Snack Shack and we ask that you pray about contributing an amount towards Speed the Light as well.


Is there merchandise for sale?

Yes, INFLUENCE21 and Speed the Light merchandise will be available online at the registration link and onsite. 


Can registrations be canceled or transferred?

We can transfer registrations but are non refundable.

How can I register?

Online registration is available for those who wish to pay in full at Online registration is available through 11:59 p.m. on November 18th.  Registrations can be done onsite.

Do I have to register now, or can I do it at the door?

Although there may be an opportunity to register at the door, we encourage you to register as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly for your experience. In the likely event that INFLUENCE sells out, we cannot guarantee availability at the door.

Are there special rates available for large groups over 50?

Yes. Contact our office for more information.

How do I request group seating for my group?

All seating for INFLUENCE is first come, first serve.

Are there day or session passes available?

Yes, day or session passes are available for students who are unable to attend the whole conference due to school and sports conflicts.  We recommend that you reserve your place now by registering in full for the conference.


If I register as a Youth Leader, am I still able to attend all the sessions?

Yes! Every registration gives you access to all sessions, of INFLUENCE Conference.

When will I receive my ticket / wristband / lanyard?

You may pick up your wristband and/or lanyard when you arrive at Family Life Church. We will be set up at the foyer next to the Coffee Bar.



How do I eat during the conference?

Friday Night, there will be concession sold during the after party. Saturday Breakfast and Lunch is included. For those staying Saturday Night @ the Campground, Saturday Dinner and Sunday Breakfast is included.

Groups can stay at the campground or at area hotels. See above for info. In addition, there are several hotels with discounted rates and deadlines to register.  Check out the HOTELS list below.
