Regular Registration and Cost: Students are $70 & Leaders are $40 (Ends November 9th)
Late Registration and Cost: Students are $75 and Leaders are $45 (Ends November 17th)
Day of Registration and Cost: Students are $80 and Leaders are $50
NOTE: Senior/Lead Pastors are FREE and the ONE (1) Youth Leaders are FREE. You will receive your code upon group registration to subtract the group total.
INFLUENCE CONFERENCE // SERVE DAY INFO
This year Influence Conference is paired with Parish Proud and the William C. Schumacher Family Foundation to host an Influence Serve day on Saturday AM during our conference. We will be spreading some love to the public parks and schools in the Lafayette area. Participation requires the signature of all release portions of the registration form. We will be providing a "Lift" by painting and landscaping around these playgrounds and park equipment, so bring your work clothes. We will be serving parks and locations in Carencro, Scott, Broussard, Lafayette, and Youngsville. Your group will receive all information the week prior via email. This time will be a great time of hands-on giving back to the community and inspiring our students to be an Influence as a product of our Faith. Also, we will be giving information for you to do similar services in your communities. The Serve Day Shirt will be provided FREE the night of arrival at registration. This is the Shirt given with the sizes asked on the registration form. All other merchandise will be available for sale.

What is INFLUENCE Conference?
INFLUENCE is a student conference that seeks to empower, equip and send students into their communities to make a positive difference. OUR FAITH MOTIVATES US TO BE AN POSITIVE INFLUENCE! We want to see this generation filled and empowered by the Holy Spirit with boldness to shift a culture and share the Gospel. Our heart is to see teenagers from across Louisiana make a marked impact on their schools, their families, and their communities.

Who can attend INFLUENCE?
Influence is designed for junior high (6th-8th grade) & high school (9th-12th grade) students. Adult student ministry leaders are encouraged to attend with the students they lead. We also allow groups of Youth Leaders to register without bringing their students if they’d like to attend with a leadership/team building focus. Lead Pastors and their spouses will receive complimentary registration.
When does the event begin and end?
Although early check-in will begin on Friday, November 18th at 5:00 p.m., the first session of the conference will not take place until 6:30 p.m. (Pre-service activities at 6:00.) We open registration and check-in early to help accommodate those that are traveling from out-of-town. The conference will conclude on Saturday, November 19th following the 2:00 pm service.
Will there be a sign language interpreter at INFLUENCE?
We will have one available upon request ONLY.
Will there be childcare available?
Yes. There is childcare available.
What is the cost of INFLUENCE?
Students cost is $65 by midnight, November 9th. From November 10th-17th, student cost is $70. Any registration onsite/at door is $75 per student. All leaders cost is $35 per leader. 2 Leader Tickets per youth Ministry is FREE.
What does the registration fee cover?
The registration fee covers :
Your admission to all sessions of the conference.
Lunch on Saturday.
A Free Tshirt and a Speed The LIght Armband
Admission to the After party at Cafe Chi Alpha on Friday.
Cost does not include transportation or lodging. There will be concessions for sale at the Afterparty Friday Night. It is recommended to eat prior to Influence Friday evening.
Will there be any extra fees?
You may want to bring additional money to purchase INFLUENCE merchandise and we will have a Speed the Light Offering which is optional.
Is there merchandise for sale?
Yes, INFLUENCE22, CALLED and Speed the Light merchandise will be available online at the registration link and onsite.
Can registrations be canceled or transferred?
We can transfer registrations within a group but are non-refundable with exceptions being illness or death in family.
How can I register?
Online registration is available for those who wish to pay in full at https://www.laaog.org/influence. Online registration is available through 11:59 p.m. on November 17th. Registrations can be done onsite.
Do I have to register now, or can I do it at the door?
Although there may be an opportunity to register at the door, we encourage you to register as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly for your experience. In the likely event that INFLUENCE sells out the number of chairs in the sanctuary, we cannot guarantee availability at the door.
Are there special rates available for large groups over 50?
Yes. Contact our office for more information.
How do I request group seating for my group?
All seating for INFLUENCE is first come, first serve.
Are there day or session passes available?
Yes, day or session passes are available for students who are unable to attend the whole conference due to school and sports conflicts. We recommend that you reserve your place now by registering in full for the conference.
If I register as a Youth Leader, am I still able to attend all the sessions?
Yes! Every registration gives you access to all sessions, of the INFLUENCE Conference.

TICKETS / WRISTBANDS
When will I receive my ticket / wristband / lanyard?
You may pick up your wristband and/or lanyard and tshirt when you arrive at Family Life Church. We will be set up at the foyer next to the Coffee Bar.
How do I eat during the conference?
Friday Night, there will be concession sold during the after party. Within 500 feet, there is a Papa JOhns, McDondalds, Burger King and Taco Bell. Saturday Lunch is included and (Jason's Deli sandwhich box) will be delivered at the site location.
How do I reserve lodging and how much is it?
Groups can stay at one of the area hotels. These hotels have agreed to a late check in at 1pm and will hold rooms open till 2 weeks prior to event. Check out the HOTELS list below.
Please note : prices are good if 10 rooms per hotel amongst all groups are reserved.
