ATTENTION: Registration will follow the steps we have implemented this year for Camp.
You register a group online and Celeste will send you a Brushfire link for your group.
You sign up your students and leaders or send your link to your students and leaders to fill out ONLINE.
You have the option to pay via Check at no charge, or you can pay online with a 5% Credit Card Processing Fee. You have that OPTION.
All Merchandise and meal tickets can be purchased at time of Registration.
Registration Cost: $50 per person student or leader

Day of Registration Cost: $65
NOTE: Senior/Lead Pastors are FREE. You will receive your code upon group registration to subtract the group total.
Afterparty Food Purchase Options
For Saturday lunch, we give you three options for purchasing dinner for your students during registration pre-order ONLY. There will be a few dessert/coffee food trucks at the afterparty for food to purchase ONSITE. However, there will be no lunch options onsite outside of pre-sale orders.
Pre-purchased choices are:
Canes: 3 chicken fingers, fries, 1 toast, 1 sauce and coke: $15 per person
Pizza - 3 slices and drink - $9 per person
Chickfila Chicken wrap, Chickfila waffle chips, cookie and drink - $15 per person

What is INFLUENCE Conference?
INFLUENCE is a student conference that seeks to empower, equip and send students into their communities to make a positive difference. OUR FAITH MOTIVATES US TO BE AN POSITIVE INFLUENCE! We want to see this generation filled and empowered by the Holy Spirit with boldness to shift a culture and share the Gospel. Our heart is to see teenagers from across Louisiana make a marked impact on their schools, their families, and their communities.

Who can attend INFLUENCE?
Influence is designed for junior high (6th-8th grade) & high school (9th-12th grade) students. Adult student ministry leaders are encouraged to attend with the students they lead. We also allow groups of Youth Leaders to register without bringing their students if they’d like to attend with a leadership/team building focus. Lead Pastors and their spouses will receive complimentary registration.
When does the event begin and end?
Although early check-in will begin on Saturday, November 22nd at 8:30 a.m., the first session of the conference will not take place until 10:30 a.m. (Pre-service activities at 10:00.) The conference will conclude on Saturday, November 22nd following the 2:30 pm service.
Will there be a sign language interpreter at INFLUENCE?
We will have one available upon request ONLY.
Will there be childcare available?
Yes. There is childcare available.
REGISTRATION
What is the cost of INFLUENCE?
Students cost is $50 by midnight, November 20th. Any registration onsite/at door is $65 per student.
What does the registration fee cover?
The registration fee covers : Your admission to all aspects of the Conference. Pre-order Lunch and Merch will be distributed at Check in.
Cost does not include transportation or lodging.
Will there be any extra fees?
You may want to bring additional money to purchase INFLUENCE merchandise and we will have a Speed the Light Offering which is optional.
Is there merchandise for sale?
Yes, merchandise will be available online at the registration link and onsite.
Can registrations be canceled or transferred?
We can transfer registrations within a group but are non-refundable with exceptions being illness or death in family.
Do I have to register now, or can I do it at the door?
Although there may be an opportunity to register at the door, we encourage you to register as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly for your experience. In the likely event that INFLUENCE sells out the number of chairs in the sanctuary, we cannot guarantee availability at the door.
Are there special rates available for large groups over 50?
Yes. Contact our office for more information.
How do I request group seating for my group?
All seating for INFLUENCE is first come, first serve.
If I register as a Youth Leader, am I still able to attend all the sessions?
Yes! Every registration gives you access to all sessions, of the INFLUENCE Conference.

When will I receive my lanyard?
You may pick up your lanyard when you arrive at 1st A/G Youngsville. We will be set up at the front building foyer next to the Coffee Bar.

There will be food sold preorder during registration.
